Monika Lavrukevičienė has a diverse work experience in the field of product management, UX design, and web design. Monika is currently working as a Product Manager at Perthera AI since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OXYGEN Healthcare as a Product Manager and UX Designer. Monika played a crucial role in building healthcare products, working with cross-functional teams and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Before OXYGEN Healthcare, they worked at Nordcode as a UX Analyst, where they worked on various e-commerce projects and internal systems for Citco company. Monika utilized analytical tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, and Decibel. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mediapark as a UX Designer, focusing on analyzing client and project manager requirements and creating high-fidelity wireframes. Monika also facilitated interviews for government projects. Monika'searliest work experience was as a Web Designer at Starflix Vilnius, where they worked on e-commerce and representative websites using tools like Photoshop and WordPress.

Monika Lavrukevičienė obtained their Master's degree in Communication of Innovation and Technology from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, graduating in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from the same university, graduating in 2018. In 2016, Monika also pursued a short-term program in Computer Science at the University of Cyprus. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including a Product Led Growth Micro-Certification and a Product Analytics Micro-Certification from Product School in 2022, as well as an Advanced Google Analytics Certificate of Completion from Google in 2020.
