Hever Garcia

Hever Garcia is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical maintenance and technical assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Assurance Engineer at Peru LNG S.R.L. since April 2022, Hever leads the Technical Assurance Area and assumes the Maintenance Superintendent role as needed. Previous experience includes key positions at Dusteam Peru SAC, Yamal LNG, Cementos Pacasmayo SAA, and Grupo AJE, where responsibilities spanned from leading mechanical teams to developing maintenance procedures and managing technical support. Hever holds a Master's Degree in Productive Operations Management from CENTRUM PUCP and has completed multiple relevant certifications and degrees in maintenance engineering and industrial engineering, showcasing a robust commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
