Martin D.R Marpaung has a range of work experience in different positions and industries. Martin D.R started their career as an Accounting staff in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Production Staff in PT. Propernas Griya Utama. Then, they joined Perum Perumnas in 2013 and held various roles including Professional Staff, Marketing Promotions, Assistant Marketing Manager, and currently as the AVP - Area Head of Marketing Division. Martin D.R'smost recent position started in September 2021.
Martin D.R Marpaung completed their education with a Master's Degree in Marketing from PPM School Of Management between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Indonesia, which took place from 2010 to 2012. Martin D.R'seducation journey began with an Associate's Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services also from the University of Indonesia, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.

Perum Perumnas
PERUMNAS adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang berbentuk Perusahaan Umum (Perum) dimiliki 100% oleh Pemerintah. Perumnas didirikan sebagai solusi pemerintah dalam menyediakan perumahan yang layak bagi masyarakat menengah bawah. Perusahaan didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 29 Tahun 1974 dan disempurnakan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah No. 83 Tahun 2015. Sejak berdirinya, Perumnas selalu tampil dan berperan sebagai pioneer dalam penyediaan perumahan dan permukiman bagai masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah bawah.
