Tiara Wismar

Tiara Wismar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the property sector. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President-Area Head at Perum Perumnas since April 2019, Tiara is responsible for ensuring project marketing and sales productivity while fostering collaboration with financing partners and stakeholders. Previous roles include AVP-Sales Marketing Manager at Perumnas Samesta Dramaga Bogor and Tanjung Barat, overseeing marketing strategies and customer relationship management for commercial areas and residential projects. Tiara's career began at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Indonesia, where responsibilities included evaluating local tax regulations and managing tax data for stakeholders. Tiara holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Fiscal Administration Science, along with ongoing education in Business Administration and Management from the University of Indonesia.
