Teuku Yusuf

Teuku Yusuf is an experienced professional in human capital strategy, currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Culture and Competency Model at PT PLN (Persero) since March 2023. Previously, Teuku held the position of Senior Manager at Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) and served as Assessor for Indonesia Power from June 2018 until March 2023, where roles included Vice President of Human Capital Development and Vice President of Human Capital and Change Management. Other significant experience includes a Project Manager Team Lead position at Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN) and a Project Management Officer role at PT PLN (Persero). Teuku's early career includes various positions in employee performance management and data analysis. Teuku holds an MBA from IPMI Institute and a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universitas Syiah Kuala.
