Per Arvid Gjersum

Per Arvid Gjersum has over 35 years of experience in the finance and sales industries. From 1981 to 1984, they worked as a Salesperson for O B Wiik. From 1984 to 1986, they worked as a Senior Consultant for Økonomisk Rapport. From 1986 to 1988, they were a Project Manager for Advita. From 1988 to 1998, they were a Sales Manager for American Express. From 1998 to 2004, they were a Vice President for DNB, responsible for sales to existing and new customers, physical and virtual payment solutions. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Key Account Manager for TSM Nordic, where they were responsible for sales to card issuers, signing agreements with card issuers, maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting workshops with banks. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the COO of PERX Folkefinansiering, where they are responsible for all operational tasks, including project management and tasks related to the credit process.

Per Arvid Gjersum attended Handelsakademiet from 1977 to 1980. In 1985, they studied sociology, psychology, methodology, consumer behavior, and market communication at Instituttet for markedsføring. In 2001, they attended Handelshøyskolen BI, senter for lederutvikling, where they studied electronic business.
