Lusia Negonga

Lusia Negonga is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member and Public Relation Advisor for COSDEF NAMIBIA, focusing on fundraising and community skill development initiatives. Since July 2013, Lusia has held multiple leadership roles at Grupo Nueva Pescanova, including Head of the Novanam Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment, Manager of Environmental and Quality Assurance, and HOD of Environmental and Quality Assurance. Lusia's educational background includes a Master of Science in Marine Planning for Sustainable Development from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from the University of Namibia, alongside an International General Certificate of Secondary Education in Science from Concordia College - Windhoek.
