François Peccarrer

François PECCARRER serves as the Marine Operations Manager at PESCHAUD INTERNATIONAL since October 2022, overseeing the operational and technical management of a fleet of 29 vessels and 150 sailors, while also managing financial and contractual oversight with annual gross sales of €35M. Previous experience includes the role of Operations Manager at ESAF, managing a 110-person business unit and a €150M project, and at LEYFA Measurement, where François directed a team of 70 and contributed to a €50M project. Additionally, François worked as a Project Engineer at ETF, managing large-scale track renewal operations with teams of up to 500 personnel, and as a General Foreman at Dragados USA. François holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes and another Master's degree in Ingeniería from Universidad Nacional del Sur.
