Damien Comandon currently serves as the acting Country Manager at Pest Control Partnership since September 2025. Previously, Damien was the Country President for France and Spain at Polygon Group (September 2021 - July 2025), leading significant transformation and growth initiatives in property damage control. In 2020, Damien held the position of Deputy General Manager at Récréa, where a company-wide transformation initiative was spearheaded. From 2014 to December 2019, Damien was the Chief Executive Officer of HYGECO, managing international operations in the medical and funeral sectors and successfully executing a turnaround strategy. Damien's earlier career includes operational leadership roles at ISS Facility Services A/S and Schindler, as well as strategic consultancy positions at SESAME CONSEIL and GIPRA. An Executive MBA from HEC Paris complements Damien's extensive experience in management and operations, along with various certifications in business and administration.
