Romain Launois

Romain Launois is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic development. Currently serving as the Founder and Group CFO of Pest Control Partnership since August 2023 and Co-Owner at J&R Groupe since January 2023, Romain is spearheading initiatives in the Learning & Development sector in France while overseeing a leveraged buyout (LBO) and raising €2 million in equity. Prior roles include Deputy CFO and VP of Finance/Corporate Development at Emeria, where Romain was instrumental in M&A and financing for international operations. Previous experience at Barclays Investment Bank involved significant contributions to high-profile acquisitions, while Romain began their career as an analyst at SGCIB and Credit Agricole CIB. Romain Launois holds a Master’s degree in Finance from both emlyon business school and the University of Florida.
