Matt Aguiar

Matt Aguiar has a diverse work experience in the pest management industry. Matt is currently the Director of Systems and Data at Pest-End since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Inside Operations Manager and a Technical Director at the same company. From 2010 to 2021, Matt worked at JP Pest Services, where they held various roles including Director of Systems and Applications, Regional Operations Manager, and Residential Operations Manager. Before that, they worked at Modern Pest Services from 1999 to 2010, starting as a Commercial Service Associate and progressing to positions such as General Manager and Service Manager. Matt has demonstrated expertise in staff management, client relations, sales, and operations throughout their career.

Matt Aguiar attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 1996 to 1998, where they studied science and social sciences. Matt did not complete a specific degree program during this time.
