Bob Russel

Bob Russel, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, project management, and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Simulator Training Systems Engineer at PESystems, Inc. since October 2019, Bob has also held managerial roles at R Squared Homes, LLC and Cassandra Joy Music. Previous positions include Senior Engineer at HX5, LLC, where Bob contributed to the procurement and upgrade of C-130J cargo aircraft simulators, and several senior technical system analyst roles at Tata Consultancy Services and VirtusaPolaris, focusing on banking applications. Bob's earlier work as a Senior Systems Engineer at Jacobs Technology involved leading engineering efforts for Air Force contracting systems, while earlier positions at TYBRIN Corporation and Litton PRC demonstrated expertise in software development and environmental management systems. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, respectively.
