Beth Burns has extensive experience in customer support and education, currently serving as a Customer Support Representative in Accounting at PetAg, Inc. since September 2012. In this role, Beth reports to the Director of Operations Development and efficiently manages incoming calls. Concurrently, Beth has been a Program Facilitator at Willow Creek Community Church since June 2011, contributing to program planning and operational success. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director and Lead Teacher at Purple Moose Preschool, where Beth handled safety and customer concerns while supporting operations. Additionally, Beth worked as a Reading Specialist Assistant at Prairie Grove Elementary School, adapting lesson plans to meet student needs. Beth holds a B.S. in Education, specializing in Elementary Education, from Illinois State University.
