Irene Fernandez Guerra

Irene Fernandez Guerra has been working in various roles since 2011. Irene started their career at E.ON as a Marketing Analyst in 2011. In 2014, they joined Schneider Electric as a Project Controller, where they were responsible for reviewing project orders, controlling stage payment invoicing, cash flow, costs and margins of a project. In 2015, they moved to Sherpa Capital as a Manager monitoring Portfolio Companies - Private Equity, where they supervised the Finance, Accounting and Controlling departments of Portfolio companies and reported results. In 2017, they became the CEO of La Más Mona, where they developed high quality business strategies and plans, oversaw all operations and business activities, and created and established a franchise network throughout the country. In 2020, they joined George & Matilda Eyecare as the NSW & ACT Reg Manager. Irene is currently working as a Senior Business Manager at Pet Circle.

Irene Fernandez Guerra has a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they obtained between 2006 and 2012. Irene then pursued an MBA in Finance Track from MBA University of the West, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.
