Mandy Gooch-Smith

Mandy Gooch-Smith has had a successful career in the corporate world. Mandy began their career in 2008 as an Analyst for the B. Braun Group, a leading healthcare supplier. In 2010, they joined Macquarie Group as a Manager in Corporate Development and Strategy, and then as an Executive in HR Strategy. In 2015, they became the COO and Head of Business Development for Expert360. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Pet Circle as the Head of People & Culture | Data & Algorithms, and Head of People & Customer Experience. In the latter role, they lead the team in Customer Experience and People & Culture.

Mandy Gooch-Smith attended the University of Sydney from 2006 to 2009, during which they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a double major in Economics and Management. Mandy then returned to the University of Sydney from 2009 to 2010 to obtain their Masters of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Kambala from 1997 to 2005.
