Katherine Ketter

Katherine Ketter is the current Manager of Technical Applications & Analytics at Pet Partners. Katherine has also worked as an Assistant Producer at Spectrum Media, a Content Writer at Kruczynski Consulting, and a Team Lead/Assistant Event Coordinator at Sky Zone - Indoor Trampoline Park.

Ketter began their career in 2012 as a Content Writer at Kruczynski Consulting. In this role, they researched, wrote, and edited grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and consulting reports. Katherine also co-coordinated a grassroots fundraising campaign which successfully raised $43,000 on Kickstarter and $36,000 in individual donations. In addition, Ketter maintained relationships with clients and business contacts, managed a newsletter and contact list through MailChimp, compiled invoices, and scheduled maintenance appointments.

In 2013, Ketter took on the role of Camp Administration Clerk at Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. In this role, they interfaced with customers via phone, email, and in person to resolve complaints and assist families through the summer camp registration process. Katherine also collected, processed, and redistributed health forms for over 2,000 campers to 13 summer camps.

In November 2011, Ketter became the Team Lead/Assistant Event Coordinator at Sky Zone - Indoor Trampoline Park. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of event coordinators and ensuring that all events ran smoothly. Katherine also assisted with event planning and coordination.

Ketter has a passion for helping others and working with animals. In their current role at Pet Partners, they are responsible for managing technical applications and analytics. Katherine also assists with the development and implementation of new applications and programs.

Katherine Ketter graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Radio-Television-Film and a focus in Narrative Strategies.
