Jonathan Javins has a diverse work experience in visual merchandising and management. Jonathan worked as Director of Operations/Owner at Pet Wants from 2015, where they oversaw all areas of client outreach and customer experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Merchandising Manager at St. John Knits from 2013 to 2015, where they arranged showrooms and provided criticism on window displays. Jonathan also worked as a Field Manager at Coach in 2012, where they shot floor set documents and liaised between field organization and corporate office. Jonathan served as District Visual Manager at Brooks Brothers from 2007 to 2011, managing visual presentation and communicating directives. Jonathan was the Visual Merchandising Director at GANT from 2001 to 2007, directing retail stores and managing the visual department budget. Earlier in their career, they worked at Urban Outfitters as an Assistant Merchandise Manager and at GANT as a Visual Merchandise Manager. Jonathan started their career as a Regional Visual Merchandiser at Country Road Group.
Jonathan Javins obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from Ohio University, specializing in Photography and Art History, respectively. Prior to that, they earned their high school degree from Glen Este High School, with a focus on general studies.
