Emily Trunnell

Emily Trunnell is a Director and Senior Scientist at Science Advancement and Outreach. Emily has been with PETA since August 2016 and focuses on advancing the transition to animal-free biomedical research in the U.S. Previously, Emily was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, where Emily completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience. Emily is passionate about ending the use of animals in experimentation and promoting animal-free methods.
