Cassandra Lazzari

Cassandra Lazzari's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2005, they worked as a Conseillère en vente at Excetera, specializing in accessories for women. From 2006 to 2012, they served as a Marketing Coordinator at Centre Orthodontique Laval, where they were responsible for customer experience, loyalty programs, patient referral programs, and market research. In 2011, they joined evenko as a Box Hostess, providing customer service for a period of ten years. In 2012, they joined Bell and held multiple positions, including Business Analyst, User Experience Analyst, Senior Project Manager, and Senior UX Program Manager. In 2021, they became the General Manager at Groupe Santé-Voyage. Currently, Cassandra Lazzari is a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Petal starting in 2023.

Cassandra Lazzari completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business from HEC Montréal from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they pursued an Advanced Certification in Business Analysis from McMaster University, which they completed between 2014 and 2017. Additionally, in April 2018, they obtained a certification in User Experience Insights from Lynda.com with Chris Nodder.
