Julian Wong

Julian Wong has a diverse range of work experience. Julian is currently working as a Business Development Director at Petal, where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto starting from January 2020. Before that, Julian held the position of Partnership Relationship Manager at Smile Digital Health from September 2022 to March 2023.

Julian spent a significant amount of time at KPMG Canada, starting as a Senior Consultant in June 2017 and later becoming a Manager in October 2019. Julian remained in this role until September 2022.

Before joining KPMG, Julian worked at the University Health Network in various roles, including Program Office Lead from September 2016 to June 2017, Project Manager from October 2014 to September 2016, Senior Analyst from January 2012 to October 2014, and IM/IT Analyst from May 2008 to December 2011.

At the beginning of their career, Julian gained experience as an eMail Marketing Assistant at Microsoft Canada from April 2007 to December 2007. Julian also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Scotiabank from August 2005 to April 2007.

Julian Wong completed their Master of Health Administration (MHSc) from the University of Toronto between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Technology Management Co-op, B.Comm (formerly known as Information Technology Management) from Toronto Metropolitan University, although the specific years are unknown. Julian also holds additional certifications including a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in May 2014, and an ITIL certification from Loyalist Certification Services (LCS) obtained in August 2012.
