Philippe Ducas

Philippe Ducas began their work experience in 1993 at Atrion International, where they served as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. In this role, they established new product development processes and managed the Material Compliance Solutions product line. Philippe held this position until 2007.

From 2007 to 2012, Ducas worked at Tenrox, initially as a Senior Solution Consultant. Philippe collaborated with sales teams to develop account plans and delivered technical presentations. Philippe later became the Director of Consulting Services, managing a team of implementation consultants and creating new policies and implementation processes for the professional services group.

In 2012, Ducas joined Upland Software as a Senior Director of Solution Consulting and Sales Enablement. Philippe collaborated with executives and sales teams to plan sales objectives and develop account strategies. Philippe held this role until 2017, when Upland acquired Tenrox.

Following the acquisition, Ducas continued their work at Upland Software, serving as a Product Line Senior Director. Philippe managed sales and customer success initiatives for multiple product lines within the Project & IT Management portfolio. Philippe focused on market trends, growth opportunities, and achieving sales goals.

In 2019, Ducas became the General Manager of Upland Project & Financial Management, where they managed three product lines. Their main objective was to ensure customer value and satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of the business.

Most recently, Ducas joined Petal in 2023 as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering. Their responsibilities include building and leading the SE/SC team, empowering healthcare organizations with data-driven solutions and analytics to enhance patient care and staff wellness.

Philippe Ducas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Université de Montréal. The specific duration of this education is unknown.
