Lilit Grigorian

Lilit Grigorian has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. In 2023, they worked as a Founder's Associate at Petalite. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they co-founded and served as the Head of Content at PeerGrid, an online platform connecting university students with industry-leading companies. From 2019 to 2020, Lilit was the Chief Operating Officer at The People's Backpack. In the same year, they were appointed as the Co-Managing Director at Warwick Incubator until 2020. Additionally, in 2020, Lilit worked as a CADP Summer Analyst Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they demonstrated their leadership and analytical skills by leading a team of five and overseeing their progress.
