Steven Gardener

Steven Gardener has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steven recently joined Petalite as the Head of Operations in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Board level Executive/Senior Advisor at GARDENER ASSOCIATES LIMITED starting from January 2019. Steven also served as a Senior Advisor restructuring at Daniel Wellington from April to June 2022. From April 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Senior Advisor Operations at EVBox. Steven's notable experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Happy Socks AB from September 2019 to March 2021, where they successfully stabilized the company and reconstructed its financial structure. Before that, they held the position of CSCO at Senvion from January to September 2019. Steven also worked at TPG Global as part of the Operations team from January 2009 to December 2018. Steven held various roles at JCB from 2000 to 2008, including Managing Director, Compaction, Director, JCB Service, and Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to that, they worked as a Purchasing Director at BMW from 1997 to 2000 and at Rover Group from 1985 to 1997.

From 1982 to 1985, Steven Gardener attended the University of Leicester, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics.
