Rachna Pawar

Rachna Pawar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health management and policy, currently serving as Managing Director at The Kinetix Group since October 2004. Rachna has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, overseeing promotional marketing initiatives for major pharmaceutical companies and managing complex multi-disease management programs. Responsibilities have included strategic program planning, stakeholder communication, and the development of patient and provider tools. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at The Institute for Health Protection, where Rachna developed accredited medical education programs, and as a Senior Associate at The Advisory Board Company, focusing on improving hospital emergency department processes. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
