Yipeng Ge

Yipeng Ge 葛义朋 is a Family Practice Physician currently serving at Petawawa Centennial Family Health Centre and Sandy Hill Community Health Centre since August 2023. Yipeng has held multiple influential roles, including serving as an Advisory Council Member for the College of Family Physicians of Canada, a Board Member for both Canadian Doctors for Medicare and the Canadian Medical Association, and a Director on the Board of the Canadian Public Health Association. Yipeng's residency training in Public Health and Preventive Medicine at the University of Ottawa is complemented by a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Additionally, Yipeng has experience as a Research Assistant at the CHEO Research Institute and has worked on various impactful projects, focusing on the intersection of healthcare, negotiation practices, and Indigenous health.
