Caroline Childress

Caroline Childress has over 20 years of work experience in various financial roles. Caroline is currently the Director of Accounting and Financial Planning at Petco Love since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an FP&A Manager at Petco Love since August 2014.

Before joining Petco Love, Caroline worked at Dell for 12 years. Their roles at Dell included Enterprise Solutions Group Finance Controller, Rebates Project Manager, FP&A RUM Analyst, and Financial Analyst - Reporting and Compensation. In these positions, they collaborated with sales leaders and finance teams, coordinated forecasting processes, ensured compliance with SOX regulations, and produced reporting and analysis.

Caroline also has experience working at Texas A&M University as part of the Career Center, as well as at New York Life Insurance Company and American National Insurance as an Accountant.

Caroline Childress pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, which they completed in the years 1993 to 1996. Later on, they attended Texas A&M University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2000 and 2002. The specific field of study for their MBA is not provided.
