Amy Ostrom

Amy Ostrom is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the veterinary and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Area Operations Leader for Vetco Total Care at Petco, Amy focuses on expanding the brand across the Pacific Northwest, Utah, and Idaho. Previously held key roles at Amazon, including Site Leader and Delivery Station Operations Manager, where Amy managed large teams to ensure efficient package delivery. As Field Director at Banfield Pet Hospital, Amy oversaw 20 veterinary hospitals, achieving significant annual revenue growth. Additionally, Amy's tenure at Target spanned various leadership roles, culminating in a District Director position, responsible for 11 stores with substantial sales accountability.
