Carrie Ridge has a wealth of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership, organizational change management, and performance improvement. Carrie has held various roles at Petco, including Head of Talent Development, Director of Learning, Leadership, and Org Development, and Director of Enterprise Learning and Development. Carrie also has experience as an Instructional Designer at Ally and PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. Carrie holds a degree in Public Relations/Journalism from the University of Northern Iowa.
