Katie Guertin

Katie Guertin is an experienced compensation and benefits professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at Petco since September 2020, Katie manages the Executive Compensation team, oversees company equity programs, and develops materials for Compensation Committee meetings. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at The Michaels Companies, Inc., including Manager of Benefits and Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing health plans, store compensation programs, and leading Workday implementation for compensation. Earlier in their career, Katie worked as an Administrative Assistant at Frito Lay. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a focus on Business and English from Texas Woman's University and an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College.
