Liz Witty-Freet

Liz Witty-Freet has extensive experience in talent acquisition and retail management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Petco since February 2022. Prior to this role, Liz held similar leadership positions at Warby Parker and URBN, specializing in retail operations and new store openings. Liz's career at Urban Outfitters spanned 14 years, where responsibilities included regional recruitment and general management. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Nordstrom, ranging from merchandise management to human resources, and as General Manager at Nine West Shoes. Liz's educational background includes studies at Orange Coast College from 1991 to 1993.
