Molly Rader

Molly Rader is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation at Petco since August 2021, Molly has previously held the position of Director of Compensation at Target from November 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that role, Molly was the Compensation Manager at Ecolab from November 2017 to November 2019, and had a prior tenure at Ecolab as a Compensation Consultant from 2014 to 2017. Earlier career experiences include roles in human resources strategy at H.B. Fuller and various positions in merchandising, supply chain, financial planning, and sales accounting at Target from 2005 to 2011. Molly's career began in mortgage operations at ING from 2003 to 2005. Molly Rader holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas (2007-2009) and a BS in Finance and Economics from St. Cloud State University (2001-2004).
