Penny Bushover

Penny Bushover is a seasoned payroll and HRIS professional with extensive experience in payroll administration and management. Currently serving as Manager of Payroll Administration at Petco since May 2023, Penny specializes in reporting requirements and state income tax. Prior experience at USAA from January 2019 to May 2023 includes roles as Lead Payroll Analyst and Senior Payroll Analyst, focusing on check processing and reporting requirements, alongside developing over 18 relevant skills. Earlier experience at Paychex involved account management and payroll specialties from July 2000 to April 2006. Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word and an Associate of Applied Science in Animal Technology from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology.
