Stacy Duffy

Stacy Duffy is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in loyalty programs and consumer engagement strategies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Membership & Payments at Petco since January 2025, Stacy previously held the role of Senior Director at Panera Bread from 2022 to 2024, where a recurring revenue program was developed, driving significant growth. Before that, in a 19-year tenure at Target, Stacy advanced through various positions, culminating as the Director of Marketing and Guest Experience for Target Circle, where a national loyalty program was launched, acquiring over 90 million members and driving substantial business results. Stacy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
