Grace Manning

Grace Manning currently serves as the Communications, Culture, and Engagement Manager at Pete & Gerry's Organics, LLC, starting in March 2025. Previously, Grace held multiple roles at Hopeworks Camden from July 2021 to March 2025, including Director of Employer and Alumni Partnerships, Inaugural Site Director in Philadelphia, and Assistant Director of Workforce Solutions focusing on Employer/Alumni Relations. Additionally, Grace contributed as Chair of the Board of Directors at Tree House Books until May 2024 and worked as a Member Advocate at DUOS for a brief period in 2022. Earlier in Grace's career, positions included Head of Impact and Manager of Social Impact and Administration at Saxbys from January 2016 to August 2020 and a teaching role at The School District of Philadelphia from 2014 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Temple University and a Graduate Certificate for Nonprofit Organizational Leadership from Bryn Mawr College.
