Mandeep Singh is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Chef at Peter and Pauls Hospitality Group since April 2023, Mandeep has previously held positions such as Chef De Partie at Crossroads Maldives and Zone By The Park, Jr. Sous Chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and Demi Chef De Partie at Taj Hotels. Mandeep began the culinary career as a Commi Chef at both HOTEL ITC FORTUNE PARK GALAXY and Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Mandeep's education in Hotel Management, focusing on Food Preparation and Professional Cooking, was completed at the Institute of Hotel Management in Gwalior from 2009 to 2011.
