Rachel Truong worked at Peter and Pauls Hospitality Group as a Corporate Admin Coordinator, handling various tasks such as designing tools, reports, managing transactions, processing contracts, and communicating with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Element Hotels as a Front Desk Supervisor - Night Audit, where Rachel consolidated POS systems, trained new associates, and managed room revenue. Rachel also had a brief internship in Human Resources at Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Toronto. Rachel holds a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Humber College.
