Beth Harn-Via

Beth Harn-Via has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Beth is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter at Brasseler USA since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Local Coordinator at Academic Year in America starting from November 2016. From November 2017 to October 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Interfor.

Beth has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at BrightStar Care from August 2016 to July 2017. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Spartina 449 from May 2015 to July 2016, and at Parker's from August 2002 to May 2015. Beth started their career as a Professional Recruiter at Kangaroo Express, an operating trade name of The Pantry, Inc., where they worked from March 1996 to July 2002.

Beth Harn-Via completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Armstrong State University in the years 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they also completed a Professional Human Resources Management Certification Course at Georgia Southern University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
