Janice Wai has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Janice began their career as a Senior Consultant at Michael Page International, focusing on accounting and finance recruitment for commerce and industry in Hong Kong. Janice then moved on to the adidas Group, where they worked as a Manager in talent acquisition for the Asia Pacific region. Following that, they joined LinkedIn, initially as a Customer Success Manager for enterprise accounts in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and later as a Co-Founder and Project Manager of the LinkedIn HK UserGroup. After their time at LinkedIn, they became a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for Emarsys, a rapidly growing company headquartered in Vienna, Austria. Most recently, Janice joined The Trade Desk as a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for the Asia Pacific region. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition at Airwallex, a global payments fintech.

Janice Wai has a Master of Management degree in International Business from The University of British Columbia. Janice also holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Medicine degree in Pathology from the same institution.
