Anca Dobre

Anca Dobre has a work experience spanning over 16 years. Anca began their career as a Crew Operator at Doehle (IOM) Limited in 2005 and worked there until 2008. After that, they joined Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG as a Crew Operator. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Senior Crew Superintendent and then Manager Crewing. As of June 2021, Anca is currently serving as the Head of Crew Operations at Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG.

Anca Dobre began their education in 2000 at the Foreign Languages University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fremdsprachen und Literaturen, allgemein. Anca successfully completed their degree in 2004. In 2008, Anca enrolled at Lloyd's Maritime Academy and obtained a Diploma in Shipmanagement in 2009. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Middlesex University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Shipmanagement.
