Eskindir Mekonnen

Eskindir Mekonnen is an experienced marine engineer with a strong background in engine operation and maintenance. Currently serving as a Second Engineer at Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG since August 2021, Eskindir has previously held similar positions at HAMMONIA Reederei GmbH & Co. KG and Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG. Eskindir's career began as a Junior Engineering Officer and Engineering Trainee Officer, and initial training was completed as an Engine Cadet at the Ethiopian Maritime Training Institute. Eskindir holds a Graduate degree in Marine Engineering from the Ethiopian Maritime Training Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Adama Science and Technology University.
