Sean Curtain

Sean Curtain is the Executive Director for People and Culture. This includes responsibility for Human Resources, Employee Relations, Systems and Reporting, OH&S and Wellbeing, Medical Workforce, Organisational Development and our overall People and Culture Strategy.

Sean previously served as the Director HR Services and Staff Welfare at Alfred Health and has previously held roles of General Manager Human Resources at the University of Melbourne’s commercial arm (UoMC), the Chief Human Resources Officer at the life insurer AIA Australia and has held senior roles in HR in the advertising and communications, aviation, financial services and engineering industries.

Sean also holds a Board position with the Victorian Hospitals Industrial Association.
