Xantine Garrido

Xantine Garrido is currently serving as an Anaesthetics Research Nurse at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since November 2023. Prior to this role, Xantine worked at Nucleus Network from February 2022 to November 2023 as a Clinical Research Nurse, focusing on Phase 1 Clinical Trials and coordinating staff and participant activities while ensuring adherence to protocol requirements. Xantine's extensive nursing experience also includes positions as a Perioperative Nurse at The Royal Women's Hospital and Frances Perry House, where responsibilities included verifying patient details before surgery and maintaining surgical safety. Earlier roles encompassed practice nursing at Sunbury Medical Centre and program coordination with Operation Smile. Xantine holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Edith Cowan University and San Pedro College - Davao City.
