Laura McDermott

Laura McDermott currently serves as Team Leader and Project Worker while also holding the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Peter McVerry Trust since April 2021, where the focus is on providing pathways out of homelessness for young people with complex needs based on the Housing First model. Prior to this, Laura was a Human Resources Administrator at Ability West from November 2017 to September 2018. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Strategy, Innovation and People Management from the University of Galway, a Master of Public Health from the University of Hertfordshire, and a degree in General Nursing from Trinity College Dublin.
