Rebecka Karsten has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rebecka started their career as a Human Resources working student at Aumann AG in February 2017, where they gained experience in developing and realizing specialized machines and production lines for e-mobility projects. Rebecka then joined Mittwald CM Service in August 2017 as an HR-Business-Manager, where they worked until February 2022. In this role, they played a crucial role in managing HR operations. Currently, Rebecka is serving as the Head of People & Culture at Peter Park since February 2022.

Rebecka Karsten pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2014 to 2017, they attended the University of Osnabrück where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a specialization in Wirtschaftsrecht. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2021, Rebecka enrolled at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, where they completed a part-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Performance Management.
