Emily Fox

Emily Fox is a Genetic Counsellor at Peterborough Regional Health Centre since June 2014, specializing in prenatal, cancer, pediatric, and adult onset genetic conditions. Emily served as President, President Elect, and Past President of the Canadian Association of Genetic Counsellors (CAGC) from January 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes private tutoring at the University of Toronto, focusing on university-level students with learning disabilities, and working as a Research Assistant in the Osteoporosis Research Program at Women's College Hospital. Emily holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counselling (2012-2014), a Doctor of Philosophy in Physiology (2006-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (2002-2006), all from the University of Toronto.
