Darren Kahler

Darren Kahler serves as the Superintendent of Human Resource Services at Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board since October 2013, focusing on the strategic planning, development, and continuous improvement of Human Resources programs and compliance with legislation and Board policies. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Human Resources Services at Ontario Power Generation, where responsibilities involved collective agreement application and staff relations, and as Human Resources Specialist at Gerdau Long Steel North America, managing labour relations and grievance tracking. Darren's career began at AGS Automotive Systems as a Human Resources Assistant, handling manpower management and payroll. Education includes a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honours in Human Resources from York University and training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
