Karolina Chrząstek

Karolina Chrząstek has been working in the medical field since 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Referent for Administrative at the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Lodz. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Regional Medical Representative at Eli Lilly and Company, where their duties included promotion and sales of insulin in clinics, organization of workshops and presentations for doctors, and participation in the organization of symposiums and congresses. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Regional Medical Representative at Bayer HealthCare, where their duties included promotion and sales of medical devices in clinics and hospitals, monitoring sales of medical equipment in pharmacies, and organization and conducting of training and presentations for doctors and medical staff. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Specialist for Energy - Regional Medical Representative and Regional Medical Representative at Johnson & Johnson, where their duties included promotion of medical devices in hospital in the surgical field, responsibility for the implementation of sales plans, and preparation of relevant reports. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Meditrade Poland Sp. z o.o., where their duties included promotion of medical devices in hospital in the surgical field, responsibility for the implementation of sales plans, and preparation of relevant reports.

Karolina Chrząstek began their educational journey in 2001, when they earned their M.Eng. in Environmental Protection from Lodz University of Technology. Karolina then continued their studies at the same university, earning their M.Sc.Eng. in Biotechnology in 2006. Finally, from 2008 to 2009, Karolina attended Lodz University of Technology to study HR Management, though they did not earn a degree.
