Tim Mikkola has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Petersburg City Public Schools since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Virginia Commonwealth University from December 2019 to July 2022. Tim's earlier career included management positions at DSW and Athleta, as well as a role as Assistant Customer Experience Manager at Gap Inc. Tim began professional endeavors in education as a Teacher at Pioneers Baccalaureate School in 2010. Academically, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Central Connecticut State University (2004-2008).
