Yecenia Vieyra MBA, RD, LDN has extensive experience in the healthcare and food service industry. Yecenia began their career in 2015 as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at Uridine Food and Dining Management, where they worked until 2017. Following this, they joined Unidine as the Director of Dining Services for almost a year. In 2017, Yecenia joined Sodexo as a Clinical Nutrition Manager and Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Dietary Operations and Regional Dietitian at Petersen Health Care.

Yecenia Vieyra MBA, RD, LDN received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Roosevelt University in 2013.
