Carlos Luca

Carlos Luca is a seasoned engineering and operations professional with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Gerente de ingeniería at Peterson Spring since September 2020, Carlos previously managed manufacturing and quality at MPI PRODUCTS LLC, where responsibilities included operations based on the Shingo model and IATF 16949 ISO 14000 certification. Past experience includes roles as Operations/Engineering Manager at Hatch Stamping, where Carlos contributed to substantial revenue growth, and Operations Manager at Le Bélier Groupe BQ Machining, focusing on lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives. Throughout a diverse career, Carlos has also held key positions at Cooper Tools de Mexico, Bosal de Mexico, TENNECO Automotive, Visteon Climate Systems, and Walker TENNECO Automotive, demonstrating expertise in process management, project transfers, and facility startups.
